• Partner, and long time head of firm’s condominium practice for Furlong and Company
• Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario, Ethics Department, holding positions of Assistant Director and Director of Ethics.

Condominiums

• Member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario committee which authors accounting and auditing guidelines for Ontario condominiums.
• Elected auditor of the following Condominium organizations: the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO), the Canadian Condominium Institute – Toronto Chapter and the National Association of Condominium Managers.
• Long time past director of the Canadian Condominium Institute and the Toronto Chapter; positions held including executive vice-president and treasurer at C.C.I, and founding co-chairman and treasurer of the Toronto Chapter.
• Long time lecturer and presenter at conferences, seminars, and courses for various bodies including the Canadian Condominium Institute (Director’s courses) , the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario, Humber College property manager’s Course.
• Long time author of articles for condominium industry magazines.
• Member of various industry committees concerning condominiums.
• Has conducted numerous fraud investigations in condominium and has completed court appointed inspections under the Condominium Act.

Personal and Community

• Married with two kids
• Volunteer coach and administrator for local hockey, lacrosse, soccer and basketball organization.
• Big Brother with Big Brothers of Metro Toronto for ten years.
